Here another great recipe from my lovely wife.
KHEEMA, one of my favorite Indian dishes, not extremely spicy as people think about Indian food and a great way to treat your guests for an ethnic dinner.
It is essentially minced meat with potatoes and peas but it would be reductive to describe it like this.
It is pretty easy to make but it needs ( as usual for Indian dishes ) many spices, from cardamom to cloves and of course ginger and garam masala.
You can even marinate the meat into yogurt and use dill for a twist.
Can be accompanied with Paratha along with daal ( Indian lentils ), yogurt and basmati plain rice.
Beer is the best match for this recipe.
