Today my dear dad got me some Monkfish caught this week during a fishing day (my dad is a fisherman !!!)
I am always delighted when i can have Monkfish expecially this fresh (even if frozen for a couple of days on the boat)
Everytime i try and make first and second dish with it and today i made
